We went to Sean and Denise’s for Easter Brunch. It was a beautiful day. The kids had a big Easter Egg Hunt. I think The Merritt’s were the ultimate egg hunters! Happy Easter everyone!
Aidan turned 5 years old on March 27. I know everyone says it, but I don’t know where time has gone! He is a typical boy - he loves Star Wars, Spiderman, Batman, and riding his bike. He discovered big kid Legos and will spend hours just creating and building. He is so smart, curious, and active....Just what you expect from a boy his age. Rob and I are convinced he will work in computers or perhaps be a saleman. If he is a saleman, he will make millions. Aidan has that gift - he can convince you to buy land under water. Only he is five, so sometimes his age truly shows. I love when that innocence comes out. It is hysterical to listen to him try to explain WHY he should get a new lightsaber or play Xbox on a day other than Friday.
Aidan had many birthday celebrations, all Star Wars themed. We had a big friend’s party at The Wacky Gym. It was a hit! He keeps telling me “But mommy I don’t feel five, when will I feel five?”
I am not sure when that will happen, but I wish I could slow the hands of time. My little buddy, with that fantastic smile, is growing up faster than mommy would like.
Happy Birthday Aidan, you deserve the world!
It’s been a long time but we finally got to see our dear friends Billy and Jenn from the Pittsburgh area. Sometimes the hardest of circumstances gets you to finally get your act together to see each other. We are so glad they came out to Nj to visit. Billy and Jenn are the greatest friends and we were thrilled to see them and their precious girls. We hope to make it out to them this summer. Delaney loved having Abby and Alley around!
Jenn, we will continue to think and pray for you. We love you
Welcome to our little world. My name is Stacey and I am a stay at home mom to three. I was a teacher for many years. Then we got the BIG news...we were expecting twins! How can that be? My oldest wasn't even two? They came along, and I was officially a SAHM. I decided it was time to join the blog world because our twins turned three and I realized the past three years have been a blur. So, this is my way to share our lives with others, as well as record our stories for ourselves.
